Launch of FIDH report “Whose Court is it? Judicial handbook on victims rights at the ICC”

4 June, 2021 @ 2:00 pm

From early outreach to reparations, judges have the highest authority within the Court. They have the duty and privilege to ensure that justice is carried out, not just for the victims, but also with the victims.

Join FIDH for a conversation on how judges can help advance victim participation at the ICC. We will discuss how victims’ rights have been interpreted by Chambers, and which concrete recommendations can be implemented moving forward. We will also hear from practicioners with first-hand experience working with survivors and victims.
