KPSRL – Walking the Talk: Implementing Sustainable Localised Mine Action

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Knowledge Platform Security and Rule of Law, The HALO Trust, and many other partners are pleased to host: “Walking the Talk: Implementing Sustainable Localised Mine Action.”

The event, hosted on the sidelines of the Twenty-First Meeting of the States Parties (21MSP): Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention (APMBC), will discuss the institutional obstacles and enabling factors for localisation within the HMA sector, which tools and approaches can effectively foster locally-led responses, what challenges and opportunities exist, and how we can build up an equitable partnership.
