PACE Knowledge Manager

Job Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing the PACE Learnings pillar. The PACE Learnings pillar is currently still under development, and is envisioned to be the main vehicle for PACE to transfer learnings globally to accelerate and scale the circular economy. The Learnings pillar will seek to embed circular approaches and indicators into PACE projects, capture those learnings into replicable frameworks, and develop enabling mechanisms for conveying the learnings for adoption in other regions of the world, different business sectors or other businesses, as well as to other PACE projects.

 WRI will host the PACE hub and you will report to the PACE director. You will be employed by WRI Europe, subject to WRI oversight and included in WRI’s performance management system. The position is in The Hague, the Netherlands. 

The successful candidate will be an energetic and experienced knowledge or research manager, well versed in program development, and with a track record of collaborating with a wide variety of partners from the private and public sectors. You are able to both support the early design of PACE projects towards impactful outcomes that can help accelerate the circular economy, and engage with project leads, PACE Leadership network members, and other PACE partners to extract learnings and best practices at project and sector level, and package them up for effective replication and dissemination across relevant geographies, sectors, and within relevant public and private organizations. Some travel will be required. Duration of the position is three years with possibility of extension.
