We seek a self-motivated, smart, detail oriented and highly organized individual to manage our operations in our WRI Europe locations.
In this role, you will provide leadership in streamlining current practices and identifying innovative solutions to the administrative requirements across WRI Europe’s areas of work. In close coordination with the WRI Global Operation Team, you will manage all operational processes for WRI Europe in accordance with Dutch, EU law, other local regulations where we have activities. These processes include payroll management, finance, grants and contract stewardship & compliance, human resources and payroll management, and other related office administration. You will manage routine processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the Europe office with a high level of engagement and attention to detail.
