Solutions Research – Internship

Is your love for justice solutions your best kept secret? Do you want to actively use that love and have impact on people’s lives? In that case, we want to give you the chance to become an intern at HiiL and make your contribution to one of their biggest projects.

That project is run by our Solutions Research Team. In the Solution Research team, HiiL are specialized in detecting international best practices. Following their methodological approach, HiiL research best practices and formulate recommendations for various partners in the public domain. Project-based work environment is ideal for young researcher to thrive. HiiL’s mission is to bring user friendly justice. HiiL believe in data as base for innovation. Delivering quality reports and recommendations that make an impact on the daily lives of people is what we take pride in.

We need your support with conducting research on family issues, neighbour disputes, employment disputes, crime and land issues. In addition, research on (universal) topics that matter will be part of the job as well. The internship:

  • Conducting research on international best practices
  • Assessing, structuring and prioritizing recommendations after research
  • Testing, improving and reviewing recommendations
  • Assisting the Solutions Research team with other specific assigned tasks
  • Gathering and putting best practices online (on WordPress)
