HiiL, a social enterprise that works to enhance access to justice through innovation, is looking for a driven Fundraising and Partnership Developer to develop and manage some of HiiL’s key donor accounts.

Are you a deal maker? Do you thrive on finding opportunities and making them concrete? Can you bring a diverse coalition of do’ers and funders together around a great justice idea? Do you have excellent writing and proposal managing skills which lead to compelling donor proposals? If the answers to these questions are “yes” then HiiL might just be what you are looking for!

You will join their Partnership Development (PD) department and contribute to ensuring their funding base is growing and becomes more diverse. You will help to create new funding partnerships to make sure their work can sustainably grow. You will contribute to the design and implementation of the PD team’s workplan and strategy.
