Campus Sales and Operations Manager

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Campus Sales and Operations manager who will grow the campus revenues and occupancy, lead the campus team and further develop the campus as part of our unique platform for connection and collaboration. This new leadership position has been created to support the further growth and development of the Hub organisation and reports to the Managing Director.  

You are the ideal candidate if you have leadership experience in coworking and/or business event venues and affinity with the Humanity Hub mission to support and strengthen the ecosystem for a more peaceful and just world.   

Key responsibilities

  • Grow campus revenues and occupancy within the target market 
  • Lead the campus team (ca. 6 FTE) including reservations team, hospitality and facilities management and campus hosts 
  • Ensure members’ and client satisfaction and drive improvement of all campus services 
  • Oversee operations and lead the further development of all campus services incl. meetings and events, hybrid and AV services, private offices, coworking and the Hub café 
  • Position the Hub as the prime choice for impact and peace and justice events 
  • Marketing and sales of Hub residency services, e.g. private offices and coworking subscriptions  
  • Work closely with the Hub programming and community team to align positioning, processes and resources towards the Hub mission 
  • Develop and optimize relevant processes and systems 
  • Report to the Managing Director 

What you bring

  • Demonstrated commercial (B2B) and business management experience, ideally in coworking or event venue management 
  • Experience managing a team
  • A university education in business, hotel management, or similar
  • Talent for creating the right atmosphere (look and feel) 
  • Ability to develop and implement products and technical aspects needed to optimize functionality of the Hub 
  • Affinity with the Humanity Hub’s mission and the peace and justice community 
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of Dutch 
  • A valid long term work permit
