American Bar Association Rule of Law Initiative (ABA ROLI) implements legal reform programs in more than 50 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Eurasia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the Middle East and North Africa.
 Since 1990, ABA ROLI has being working in Europe & Eurasia (where we began our work as CEELI) on an array of rule of law and legal reform programs. In Europe and Eurasia, ABA ROLI provides technical assistance on a wide range of issues essential for further consolidation of the rule of law and developing of legal professionals.

African Diaspora Policy Center

The African Diaspora Policy Centre (ADPC) is an independent, non-profit and non-governmental organization established in the Netherlands in April 2006. ADPC is a leading Diaspora think tank in Europe devoted to the study of migration and development related issues from the perspective of the Diaspora. The Centre compiles, analyses and disseminates information and insights on a number of critical areas, including development, Diaspora entrepreneurship and skills transfers in the form of brain gain.
ADPC is at the forefront of generating knowledge and information primarily targeted at three groups: The work of ADPC is particularly dedicated to mobilising African Diaspora communities in Europe for the development of Africa; facilitating the mainstreaming of Diaspora development practitioners in the development cooperation circles both in the host and home countries; promoting research collaboration between Diaspora and homeland researchers; and strengthening the policy making capacity of the newly-formed Diaspora-oriented institutions in Africa.

Together with our partners, we conduct early exploration of innovation methods and digital technologies. From our base in the Hague, we work with partners to develop new technologies to impact humanitarian organisations. Research partnership with Leiden University pushes this further. We also develop change management projects for our partners. With large organisations, we develop innovation trajectories and teams.
