Air Quality Measurements for Economists – How satellite earth observation helps the World Bank tackling COVID-19
Alexander Gunkel, founder of Space4Good, will share the story on how novel satellite systems help the World Bank collect new big data insights even during global lockdowns. Resulting from a unique co-creation process, the World Bank and Space4Good are developing an air quality analytics platform which provides economists with this unconventional data source in order to understand the development and impact of COVID-19.
