Knowledge-Sharing Session- Staying Secure: Protecting Digital Communications and Data
4 July @ 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Join Richard Costelloe and The Hague Humanity Hub for an exclusive knowledge-sharing session on July 4 about the ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats. Cyber attacks threaten to disrupt organisations by targeting critical assets, undermining the confidentiality and integrity of data, causing financial losses, and eroding the trust of customers and partners.
In this training and workshop Richard Costelloe, cybersecurity expert, will review how to protect personal and professional email account and data, secure digital devices and promote the safe use of social networking. We will dissect common phishing and malware attack techniques, shedding light on the tell-tale signs that may indicate a digital attack. Equally important, we will explore robust countermeasures and strategies that can be employed to fend off these threats. Whether it’s securing passwords, recognising hacking attempts, or understanding how our online behaviour can make or break our security, this session is designed to be a comprehensive guide and blueprint for cyber safety.
Richard Costelloe is an Information Security professional working for an International Organisiation. He has extensive experience defending against advanced cyber threats and attacks as well as leading trainings and information security awareness sessions and workshops.
