Hub member INSO, the International NGO Safety Organisation, is in the process of scaling up its NL presence and will be setting up an office in the Netherlands over the next few months.
Why? According to INSO’s Operations Director Phil Drake “to be closer to our main donors in Europe and allow us to engage more fully with humanitarian policy discussions and developments in The Hague that we can’t really to the same extent in our current location in Dubai”.
Phil will be at the Hub on Wednesday October 23rd and would love to get a head start on connecting with our community.
Facing both a rapidly growing international organisation and moving the HQ function to NL, Phil is currently especially interested in learning from others how best to tackle the challenges in scaling up small NGOs and cost-effective ways of retaining talent.
