Hub Lunch Retreat

It doesn’t really come as a surprise to learn that spending 8+ hours per day sitting at a desk can be bad for our mind and bodies.
Join us, the intern team, for this quick pre-lunch recharge session incorporating office-approved destress stretches, mini meditations and calming breathing exercises.
