Hub Member International NGO Safety Organisation (INSO) is in the process of scaling up its Netherlands presence and will be expanding its team at the Hub over the next few months.

Why? According to INSO’s Operations Director Phil Drake, it is “to be closer to our main donors in Europe and allow us to engage more fully with humanitarian policy discussions and developments in The Hague that we can’t really to the same extent in our current location in Dubai”.

Phil will be at the Hub on Wednesday, 23 October and would love to get a head start on connecting with our community. Facing both a rapidly growing international organisation and moving the HQ function to the Netherlands, Phil is currently especially interested in learning from others how best to tackle the challenges in scaling up small NGOs and cost-effective ways of retaining talent.
