Food has historically been about more than just nutrition. It has been a way to bring communities together, to settle disputes and for cultures to preserve their heritage. Today food can be a confusing topic, whether its veganism, diets or nutrition. Food can be a powerful connector, so let’s not waste it and let’s try to get to know it a little better!
We’ll be joined by Anubhav Kandpal of Conscious Kitchen: a big time foodie and director of Conscious Kitchen, an initiative that raises awareness about food waste and sustainability through holding weekly social dinners. He also works as a sustainability consultant with other non-profits on topics of food, sustainability and community building.
