JOIN THIS SPECIAL EDITION FOCAL POINT CAFÉ ON CLEAN ENERGY AND OUR HUMANITARIAN ACCELERATOR PROGRAMME LAUNCH

POWERED BY THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, THE NETHERLANDS ENTERPRISE AGENCY (RVO) AND DCHI INVITE YOU TO JOIN US FOR A FOCAL POINT CAFÉ ON ACCESS TO MODERN ENERGY IN HUMANITARIAN CONTEXTS.

For this 3rd edition of the focal point cafe, DCHI will present a condensed snapshot of how to approach innovative processes for humanitarian aid linked to Energy needs. Together with our partners such as the GPA, we will let you discover the value of renewable energy and clean cooking, a market-based approach, and collaborations for a transformation of humanitarian work.

We empower the innovator in you

During this session, Marriët Schuurman, Director Stabilisation and Humanitarian Aid at the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will launch the Humanitarian Accelerator Programme on Access to Modern Energy. This programme enables innovation and collaboration for humanitarian organisations, for energy experts from the private sector and development organisations, as well as for potential supporters and investors.

In addition, the DCHI Focal Point Café will be attended by key figures from the humanitarian energy field. Those include H.R.H. Prince Jaime de Bourbon de Parme, Senior Advisor, Private Sector Partnerships, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), who will introduce the global Clean Energy Challenge of UNHCR.
