Previously\, she was an assistant professor at EDHEC Business School and an academic adviser at the International Committee of the Red Cross \nTarun Sarwal\nTarun Sarwal is founder and managing partner of Inkludo\, a consulting firm that works with start-ups focused on social impact. He previously worked as an innovation advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross. \n  \nHow to get from innovation to scale with humanitarian organisations?\nTeamUp is a movement based intervention to support the social and emotional needs of refugee children in the Netherlands\, and around the world. Developed by Save the Children\, UNICEF and War Child in the Netherlands\, the intervention is now ready to go to scale and reach global impact.
